        Be aware that; 

  • Due to COVID, we require up to two weeks to complete your repair at this time.

  • For a quick and efficient process, please make sure to schedule an appointment ahead of time.

  • We are not accepting walk-ins

  • If there is no availability, that means we are booked out due to high-demand. Please try again later!

  • Make sure you have a current data backup for your device (on either iCloud, iTunes, or Time Machine). 

  • Deposits are required on all out of warranty repairs.

  • If your issue wasn’t caused by accidental damage and it’s covered by warranty, AppleCare+, or consumer law, there’s no charge.

  • If your device was damaged and you have AppleCare+, the coverage includes two incidents of accidental damage. Each incident has a service fee.

  • If you don’t have AppleCare+, your repair fee will vary up to the out-of-warranty fee.

Screen Repair

We do screen repairs on iPhones. We like to save you money so you should know that screen repairs without Apple Care+ start at $600. If you have Apple Care+ , they start at $100.  

Mac Laptop

Like all repairs, having purchased Apple Care+ for your Macbook is a great idea. 

Liquid/Other Damage

We get it. Spills happen. We perform liquid damage repairs as well as other damage repairs. 

Off-Site Service

We offer off-site services where we send a certified Apple technician to help troubleshoot your issues at an hourly rate. 


Any damage to an iPad is a complete device replacement. Because of this, expect up to two weeks to replace your device. 

In-Store Training 

Due to COVID-19, we are not offering in-store, one-on-one training at this time. Please check back with us in the future to set up a time to receive training on using your Apple devices.
